Structure
As the largest magical organization on Lurra, the Mage's Association was established following the momentous signing of the Treaty of Eshenserin in the aftermath of the Planemeld. Guided by a council of esteemed Archmages, representing cooperating nations, the Association's leadership ensures unity and cooperation. At the helm of this esteemed council stands the High Archmage, presiding over crucial deliberations and decisions. Across the land, regional headquarters known as Mage's Enclaves operate in cooperating states, each led by a diligent Overseer. The enclaves serve as centers of magical learning and maintain records of known and registered spellcasters within their jurisdiction. Magisters, master mages specializing in various schools of magic, serve under the guidance of the Overseer. Initiates, those beginning their arcane education, receive tutelage within the Mage's Enclave. Upon completion, they attain the rank of Bachelor. Bachelors can choose to conclude their magical education or pursue further studies at the prestigious Arcane University in Arvis, seeking the coveted rank of Magister.

This set of clothes is given to every student in every Mage's Enclave on Lurra. Each student is also given a practice focus crystal as a spellcasting focus for their mage spells.

Authority and reach
The Association’s authority depends on recognition by each state and the agreements in force. Its international role does not grant automatic entry or enforcement rights. Its enclaves are not present in every major city, and its records are not a complete census of Lurra’s spellcasters. The Eye of Saquirius operates under the same jurisdictional limits.
